My ex-bf started dating someone with same name as mine after we broke up. Why would be do that? BTW, it only lasted a few months with her.

It could be a coincidence, or it could be that he is trying to fill the hole that you left in his life and he's trying to find a replacement for you, the real test is if she looks like you in any way.

I dated a guy for two years with the last name Linn... Thought we were made for each other.... The next guy I dated had the last name Lynn..lol He is my husband.

coincidence? my ex dated 3 heathers, and his ex wife's middle name is the same as my first name --and my name is NOT a common name. its coincidence--trust me, guys just don't go dating girls just because they have the same names. if he does, then thats really pathetic.

Yeah, he didn't do it on purpose. I've had 2 serious boyfriends in my life and they both have the same name.

He was making sure he wouldn't get in trouble for screaming your name in bed. People are going to have the same names and obviously it doesn't bother him. Why does it bother you?
