Your question is two-fold. First, how to marry her in the Middle East. Second, is how to enter the US asap.

First link is how to marry her.
Second link is how to file your application to come to the US.

After your marriage, you can't just up and go to the US. (unless you have a B2 visa or tourist visa for your honeymoon.) You will have to wait until your K-3 visa will be given to you in the country you married.

Have your fiancee contact the US Embassy nearest her location before you even get married and have her inquire regarding your K-3 visa because she does not have a US residence at all.

At any rate, congratulations in advance.**

Getting married isn't a difficulty. human beings do it continuously. My spouse and that i've got been given married 30 years in the past at the same time as she replaced into right here on a student visa. the difficulty is which you won't be able to stay and regulate status in case you entered on the visa waiver software. This leaves you with some suggestions. return to Europe and get a fiance visa and return then marry, or marry, return to Europe and practice for a spousal visa.

both of you will have to contact the US embassy neartest you
you did not mention your location ?
you will have to get married where you are located ,
Consular officers may authenticate foreign marriage documents, but inquiries regarding the validity of a marriage abroad should be directed to office of the attorney general of the State in the United States where the parties to the marriage live. Marriage generally is considered a matter reserved to the individual U.S. States rather than to the federal government.

since she is a US citizen ,both of you will have to consult the US embassy nearest you , they will give you all the infos necessary :

i would say that if she was born here then she is a u.s. citizen and can enter anytime she wants to. i would assume that if she marries you legally, you would be able to come here but I do not think they will grant you citizenship. you will probably get a resident green card ? not completely sure. suggest you contact the U.S. Embassy / Department of State / Buruea of immigration / naturalization.

Marry her and apply for a visa to the US as husband of an American citizen. Your future wife will apply for a US passport.
