German: the sexiest?

How do you say "the sexiest" in German? Not a person, but a thing (the sexiest gift for example, or the sexiest word). if there is not such possibility in German, what word (adjective) would you use to express the same idea?

By the way, how would you say "the sexiest" about a person?

It is really difficult to find the superlative of an English word in German - especially with a word like sexy where the superlative would be hard to pronounce.
Theoretically it should be
sexy - sexyer - am sexysten
It would be easier the find a different way to put it e.g. Ein wirklich sexy Geschenk (a really sexy gift) or das Wort ist echt (voll, total) sexy
If said to a person you should be sure that it is taken as a compliment or chose a different expression.

I am in Germany and can confirm that:

reizvoll /
sehr (very) reizvoll

is correct - for example: ein reizvolles Geschenk

The present is sexy

It sounds strange in German but it does depend on the present - for underwear it works well!

for a person you can use the English word.sexy or anziehend (attracted to) if you want to express yourself to someone and tell them they are very sexy you can say sinnlich or lasziv - they are higher than sexy!

Haha. I'm german (female). xD But.. no, not really. Since I've been to the US I of course have quite some accent left but I can hear the accent of those who's english hasn't turned at least a bit american. And it really sucks it sounds so.. uugh, I can't even name it. Just aweful.
