You could become an operations manager for a sprawling franchise of fast food restaurants which are flung all over the country. Of course, you won't see your family 90% of the year, and will have to live out of suitcases and eat junk food most of the time. But who needs family and the comforts of home anyway? Don't you think they are vastly overrated amenities?
