The ticket will have the dates and times on it. The question is ... did you purchase the ticket from the airline or an agent. The airline will many times not deliver an Itinerary where the travel agent will. Call and ask. an easy solution!

go back to the site and check for the record of your last reservation... you will find link to your account there on the page somewhere.

also check your spam or trash folder to see if your email got sent there. also check your alternative email accounts.

check your credit card account to see if it was charged or not... the reservation may not have gone through.

andt then lastly check the airline website with your frequent flyer number or call the airline.

you can call the airlines or if you have the confirmation number you can go to their website to retrieve your itinerary.

Call the travel agent where you brought the ticket and explain your problem they should be able to help you.
