Depends on the day of week and time of day. Monday-Friday, Santa Clarita Transit bus routes 3 and 7 run between Magic Mountain and the Santa Clarita MetroLink station where you can catch a MetroLink train to Union Station in downtown L.A., and from there on to Anaheim Stadium, where you can catch another bus for the two miles from the stadium to Disneyland. Mid-day on weekdays, there's also the '747' bus that's a non-stop between Santa Clarita and Union Station (the trains only run morning and evening for commuter traffic).

But most of the mass transit is geared at work commuters, so you'll have a tougher time on a weekend. From Magic Mountain, it'll take two or three transfers to get to the Newhall Metrolink station. And from there you'll only have a couple trains all day.

If a car rental is an option, it would be a lot easier - and if there's anyone travelling with you, probably cheaper than the train. Using mass transit, it's at least 3 transfers and 4 different transit systems, and about a half a days travelling. By car, it's about 2 hours at non-commute times, and 3-4 in work traffic.

depending on time of day (and week or weekend)
you can take a SCT bus either to the Santa Clarita
or to the McBean transit center when you can then
catch a either Line 2 to the new hall or Line 8 to
the San Fernando/Sylmar Metrolink station
then you can board a Metrolink for Los Angeles,
in Los Angeles, you can then change to an Orange county
Metrolink train, taking that train to Fullerton HOLD on to
your metrolink ticket as its valid for the OCTA bus
Line 43 to Disneyland..

Straight down the 5 freeway and you can't miss it. I am pretty sure that there is not a Disneyland stop for the metro. although there is one in Anaheim. There is probably a shuttle bus between the two venues. give it a shot.
