there's this one girl in my high school, we dont talk but she knows that i exist. She kept on looking as me as i passed by and sometimes even stare at me, but when look back she seems to look away. Then one day i told her that i saw you yesterday and she seems to ignore me.

You don't even know her, there's no way of telling. Start talking to her and hanging out with her, see where it goes.

Sounds like she is intrested but maybe a little nervous about speaking up. High School is hard because you are always worried about what everyone will think or say. Being a girl you are always worried about if a guy likes you for your or just to get down your pants. You could ask around about her and maybe someone will let you know if she has talked about you. Your best bet is to say hello when you see her or if given the chance strike up a conversation with her. If you catch her away from her friends ask her out. The worse she could say is no. Like they always say .." there are more fish in the sea" It may hurt but life after high school is so much easier for the dating thing.

Your details are sketchy but I'd guess she's at the vague interest level. Maybe she's shy rather than deliberately ignoring you.
"I saw you yesterday" isn't a good conversation starter. Try asking her about classes or what she's doing for the summer. If she won't answer a simple question then you can be pretty sure she's not interested.

Sounds like she is just shy, it's difficult at this age to know what to say, keep trying to talk to her and maybe bring her a little gift so she gets the idea that you are interested in her, ie: candy, flowers,bracelet, earrings or just go for the gusto and ask her out.

you really cant tell if she likes you by only the evidence of her staring at you. not enough really the only way to know is to hang out with her and if you click and can have interesting conversations,or if you have the guts to try it so.

Ask her out. If she says no, she doesn't really like you like that. Nothing like the direct (and confident) approach, and bonus, it might just work out in your favor, especially rather than sitting around wondering.

it sounds like she does like you...by her looking away when you looked at her, it means shes shy...if you are interested in her, talk to her more.
