the one on my left forearm barely hurt *there was the pain, but I could take it impassively* while the right was pretty bad *growling every now and then and trying desperately to keep all my attention on what it felt like to clench my other hand*...not sure why. But on both, it was always worse over tendons closer to the wrist and closer to the elbow. The entire thing was bearable, though...totally worth it.

I have plenty of tattoos, but none on my forearm. When accompanying my friends to get tattoos on their forearms they grimaced just as much as getting them other places on the body.

I have one on the underside of my wrist that comes up the arm a little bit and it hurt like hell, but I am one of those who likes the tattoo pain, so it wasnt a huge deal for me.

not to bad just depands on how you handle pain. I have 8 Some hurt, some didn't. Just make sure you get one that you know you can live with forever.
