should i buy adobe after effects or adobe premier?

which one is all around better for making movies?

I like Premier but i haven't tried Effects so much so i really don't know how good it is and what it can do.

Adobe Premier is for editing the movies and Do some small effects. After Effects helps us so many special effects in the movie. So both will be useful only
