These are located on the fuel pressure inlet at the CPI unit inside the upper intake plenum. To access the regulator you have to remove the upper intake manifold plenum assembly. It site inside here with the vacuum port open to intake vacuum. The port for the fuel pressure is located at the rear of the upper intake, more at the left of the motor and close to the brake vacuum supply hose but underneath it. Good luck.

The fuel rail that is connected to the fuel injectors has the fuel pressure regulator connected to it on one end of the fuel rail.It will have a vacuum hose comming off of it and is about 11/2" in diameter.

below the plenum (greater intake). in case you're taking it off you should additionally replace the plastic gasoline lines that connect with steel rigidity and return lines. Be very careful with the injection poppet assembly, they get brittle with age and wreck certainly.
