I believe some are. But I don't know of fire being cast down, but people are brought back from death.

Yes of course they are. There are zombies all over the place. And people who just refuse to die when they are supposed to. God comes down and burns a bush occasionally just to let them know he is still around and some times the river of Jordan just automatically opens and lets people walk across.

Khnopff71 - God saved the little girl, but I'm sure he had nothing to do with letting her grandfather die in front of her.
