Hmmm . . . you sound attractive. You may be slightly too skinny (I don't know from just reading), but that's easily fixed if it's a problem. I really don't look at hair color that much, by the way. Most people have just the right hair color for the rest of them. Good night!

If she was sweet and honest and didn't cheat on people then why not? You can't judge people by how they look. Looks just get people to look at you and get you attention, but your personality is what people are really going to notice once they get to know you. And once you get married, you'll be living with a person, not their body.
So I would say yes.
