That somedays....there are those days....when a bowl of cereal hits when it comes to snacktime? Not everyday - but once in a while....
Because if we cant agree on something like that - what hope is there?

People are individuals. Why should we all agree on everything? There would be no progress without diversity. There is a little poem I learned as a child: "He drew a circle that shut me out/ Heretic, rebel a thing to flout!/ But love and I had the wit to win/ We drew a circle that brought him in."
Tolerance and mercy are great qualities.

I'm an Athiest, I don't really like cereal that much.
How 'bout bacon, can we agree that we love bacon, I LOVE bacon?
Victoria ~ Only ONE belief is polar opposite and that is that their is a white bearded judge in the sky ready to rain down a plague and send in the four horsemen of the apocalypse to disembowel non-believers.
I think most Christians believe that drowning kittens is bad....I (Athiest) also believe that that is bad. Non wife beating Christians believe that it is wrong to beat your wife.... I fully agree with that, I think it is wrong too! ;) see we aren't all that different

I know not what course others may take, but as for me, give me granola, or give me gruel!
See how well we can get along? You have your cereal and I have my roasted almonds and dried cranberries, and no blood has been shed in the name of our snack differences. It is heartening to know that someday we may all stand under the banner of tolerance, with each individual eating her or his own preferred snack, and then also, including the asnackers, those who do not believe in the existence of snacks!

I am a christian and I get along with everyone because I don't go around telling people what they do wrong or that they are going to hell or judging them. So I get along great with those who are willing to get along.

no, athieists and christians cannot agree because their opinions are polar opposites. However, people of different beliefs can tolerate one another.
