Dont worry! If you had sex just to have sex you would for sure regret it. Once you finally have sex with the right guy, you will be so thankful you waited! Even if hes not the guy you are supposed to be with at least you had sex with someone you truly cared for. Dont sweat it! :)

LOL no. I am a virgin and I am 17 and i am actually really proud of that. Guys (at least where i live) don't really care, unless all they want is to get in your pants, and sometimes that doesn't even matter. I honestly don't believe that it's something that should be rushed. I don't think that it's anyone else business, it's my choice, it's my body, i can do what i want when i want. You may be thinking, omg this girl must be so ugly if she is saying this, but i am not. I have a lot of guys who try to have a relationship with me and when i say i am a virgin (with adding "i have no intention of changing that anytime soon) some guys really don't care, they like me for who i am. Don't be worried or fooled. A lot of teenage girls are virgins, but try to hide that to fit in.

I don't think it's weird, in fact, if you look at my question I just asked.. I just asked the same thing. It might be weird nowadays because of that thing I was talking about "moral decline" but really, it's not a bad thing at all. It means that you are SMART. People say that you are and it's true. You Values your virginity and that's a good thing. If you don't care to loose it on your honeymoon, that's fine, but I don't think it's wrong that you still are. You probably just haven't found the right guy to loose it to. 20 is rather too young. When I was 20, I had the opportunity to loose it to some guy, but I said to myself, no way am I going to loose it for the sake of loosing it. I'm not that dumb!

I applaud you! That's really hard to do. I say right on, you shouldn't lose it to a guy that doesn't have 110% of your trust. It's nothing to worry about...some people find that person sooner than others and some people just make mistakes that turn to regrets. Don't worry about it, you have the right mind set, don't let that slip away from you.

I think you said it all. You are looking for someone you can trust 110%. To be a virgin for what ever reason, it isn't a bad thing. It means you are looking for commitment from yourself and your partner. It maybe marriage you are looking for. Don't worry, when you find the right person, you will know it. Wait for the commitment. God bless.

You are an extremely intelligent young woman to recognize that being with the right guy is important. It would be better to be a 40-year-old virgin than be with the wrong person.

Don't mess around with someone until you find the right guy. I wasn't a big believe in the whole wait-til-you're-married thing, but I -did- think it was important to "wait." So I lost it to my bf, but I knew he was the right one - we've known each other for six years, after all. Don't feel pressured to lose it to someone you don't feel all that crazy about. "Abstinence isn't easy, but neither are you." I heard that phrase once, and hopefully it'll make you certain that you're doing the right thing, waiting for the right guy =] Good luck!

It absolutely is not weird. I think it's rather admirable. I'm a 22 year old virgin, by the way. I'm sure you'll meet the right guy eventually. Good night!
