Well, everyone says that looks aren't important, but we all know that's bullshit. You have to be attracted to the person or you won't even give them the time of day!
Personally, I look for someone that is strong willed and independent. If they need me that means they will be clingy and that leads to not trusting me. After all, aren't relationships based on trust? I also like someone that has a sarcastic sense of humor and doesn't take ****. Sassy you might say.
As for hobbies, I like a girl that is relatively high maintenance. To me, that means she respects herself. So shopping, nails, hair and all that crap don't bother me. I'll even tag along. Quality time, right? I also like a girl that isn't afraid to get dirty. By that, I mean playing sports. Competitiveness is a huge turn on. Again, it shows she doesn't take ****.
Her taste in music, movies and views are her opinions, and I like an opinionated girl. Shows she has some passion. I don't have to agree with all of those things, but I will respect them and not ostracize her for them. With the exception of religion of course.

Hmmm . . . well, I'm a southern guy. I'd say that if you aren't fat, or taller than me, and you look decent, then you're set in the looks department. I don't care about the color of anything. Your race doesn't matter either. I prefer a friendly, helpful, trustworthy, kind personality. I'll stop right there, because even being that vague it seems hard to find girls that fit the description. Good night!

I like the total package. Looks are secondary, but I would be lying if I said that they were not important. I like someone that I can have a conversation with, but also enjoy a sunrise or a moonlit stroll with in silence. An intellectual who also has a religious side. Carefree, but with a serious streak. An appreciation for the finer things in life, but also enjoys going to a local bar & grill in jeans and a t-shirt. Enjoys traveling at the spur of the moment, but also likes to relax at home.
In my years on this earth...I have found two such women and am currently engaged to one of them.

Everyone wants something different. Chubby/skinny, independent/clingy, smart/airhead, blonde/redhead, b*tchy/sweet, etc...
Be yourself. Attract the guys who want you for YOU, not someone you want to be.
I love women who know who they are and don't apologize or try to change themselves for anyone.
