No matter how mean and abrasive someone is to her,she gives it back to them,but she is still kind cordial and respects them when they respect her,and still talks to them even if they are extremely nproblemed.

I would say she is a person who has high self esteem, well adjusted, and gives respect where respect is due.
However she will not allow someone to treat her as a doormat. Kudos to her. If she is your friend, you are lucky to have someone like that as a friend. You will always know where you stand with her. That is a true friend.

Respect is two ways and cant be forced. So i am totally agree with this girl on how she handles various situations. She knows how to protect herself, by "give-it-back" to whoever is mean and abrasive. No point swollowing all the bitter stuffs just to show people that you nice. Furthermore she does not hold grudges towards "those" people and this is extremely hard and i do respect her. She is being neutral - i treat you the way you treated me, i tell you off because you are being mean but that doesn't mean i dont like you as a friend or colleague.

if she is a friend of yours, and you're the person with problems, don't let her go. just always remember, she probably gives that much to people because she doesn't get it in return. that sounds weird, but let her know she can open up to you. IF she's a friend of yours, that is.
