So carrots are supposed to be good for our vision and blueberries are good for our memories, etcetera…does anyone know if there is some fruit or vegetable that’s good for your skin? As in face?

well i have acne and i can tell you this. there is such a thing as food bad for the skin that you should avoid. My acne is due to PCOS and for people like me, it is important to watch my diet.
It is best to eat natural foods that have not been refined and organic foods and to stay away from hormone treated dairy proudcts. I am sure that this would also help your complexion.

I was once told that veggies with lots of vitamin A is good for the skin, such as cabbage, carrots, etc.

Fitness Magazine had a very good article on this very topic early this year.

I don't remember which fruits and veggies are good for the skin, check their website for the article, but salmon is an excellent source.

Yes! if you can find beer that has been naturally brewed the yeast has amazing health benefits. I use the sediment in the bottom of naturally brewed beer, the yeast, as a facial compound to remove the effects of aging', its also great for sunburn.

First thing: plenty of water! not coke, tea, or gatorade, but water! at least a half gallon a day.

Second: things that contain vitamin C (citrus fruits, citrus juices, strawberries, etc.)

Third: things than contain zinc (mainly meats)

all fresh fruit and veggies and lots and lots of water and herbal tea. all vegetabls and fruit are good for a clear bright complexion!

vitamins b and e. these are found in abundance in leafy green veges, like collard greens, spinach, and broccoli and cabbage. fruits like mangoes, watermelons, melons, and cantaloupe.
foods that are high in antioxidants: green tea, red wine, chocolate.
sea weed or spirlina (green algae)

8 cups of water, 8hours of sleep, daily spirulina intake, exercise, and eat veges with plenty of vitamin c.


eating too much can be bad for your skin as it can affect your spleen. spleen makes blood. it affects your skin if you eat too much. (chinese medicine)

grapes and apples, its cause they have alot of sweet natural goodness lol, but it really helps
