If dandruff does not work, use psoriasis shampoo. I had a horribly itchy scalp, I would scratch it and my head would bleed! I got MG217 medicated tar shampoo. It may burn a little the first time, but it brings soooo much relief- as long as you follow the directions and leave it on for at least 3 minutes. You can get it at your local pharmacy, and it is not very expensive.

For a dry scalp you may want to go to a salon and have them professionally wash your scalp. then pick up some good shampoos and conditioners at a health store, if you ask the person at the counter they could probably show you some good stuff for u, or u can go to ur doctor and he can give u medicated shampoos and conditioners

Try Jojoba oil. You can find at GNC or most health stores. Works well for dry scalp. You just put it on & let it sit for a few minutes before you shampoo your hair. If that doesn't work I would definately see a doctor.

1) Head & Shoulders Intensive Solutions Shampoo or Neutrogena T-Gel Shampoo
2) As one other person said, massage a tiny bit of jojoba oil onto your scalp.

Its dandruff. U need to go to the store and buy some dandruff shampoo. It will say right on it. But when u start using it wear a hat because when it treats it i will cause all of it to come to the surface

ok I know that this sounds ridiculous but!!....get into the shower and pee in a cup. Part your hair and put urine directly on the scalp. Finish showering and then obviously rinse and shampoo your hair. Works like a charm!!!

hair oils, if u dont want 2 do that then when u wash ur hair with the shampoo that u perfer and then wash ur hair with an egg it gives your hair a shine and very healthy for ur hair
