no, you'll over work your abs and hurt yourself really bad...I wouldn't do it. The vegetables part though would be good for you, as long as that's not all that u eat.

No.
Targeted exercises DO NOT WORK.
The flab overtop the muscle would still be there. You would just improve the tone of the muscles in question, but you'd still not have a 4, 6, or 8 pack.
There is little protein in most veggies, and protein is what you want. Talk to a licensed dietician about a *ballanced* diet.
For the exercise program, 15 minutes doesn't tap into the fat deposits. You need a good 20-30 minutes with you heart rate in the target zone.
Cut back on calories and fats. Avoid "diets" - especially the ones you find in the "Best Seller" section of the book store.

It really depends on how big you are already. If you aren't in a decent shape already, I'm sure it wouldn't hurt. But, from experience, say you're my size 5'6" and about 124 pounds, that probably wouldn't be the best route. If you are going for a flat stomach, the best thing u can do is cut back the calories by a lot, and running helps b/c it burns a lot of calories. crunches will add muscle to your stomach, which will just make it stick out more, b/c the muscles underneath will just push the fat out. believe me, i've tried it. and drinking water is good, but if you're looking for fast results it will make you somewhat bloated. same thing with vegetables.

In order to burn fat fat you would need to perform an aerobic activitiy for at least 20 minutes within an elevated heart rate range (65-70% of your highest heart range). You should also eat vegetables with diuretic properties (like cucumbers, dandelion..look it up on the web). This will help to flatten your stomach. You can't spot reduce with sit-ups.
You don't need to cut out protein. You can have 3 oz. of lean poultry or fish.

if u can do 500 crunches an afternoon, risk is ur no longer doing them suited. very own running shoes continually say that the optimal volume of crunches someone can do the spectacular way is 50.
