toothpaste is for ur teeth not acne and acne meds like proactive wont help either. thats only useful over a period of time. however contrary to the myth that skin doctors will tell u. popping pimples does not actually cause them to come back and it dont cause dimples in ur skin. they say stuff like that so you'll go to them. but if u gotta pop ur pimples u gotta do it correctly or u could get another pimple. you wont get an infection because thats what a pimple is. its either dirt or a dead germ or something that ur body is trying to destroy.
if ur going to pop it if u wanna make sure its "cleaned out" never just simply pop it that wont work. not being gross u'll see three colored fluids one is kinda on the white; off white to clear and the red. white is the color of dead white blood cells the second fluid thats clear is living white blood cells and the red fluid is of course blood. if u pop a pimple to where u see blood come out and not a watery blood. then whatever was in the pimple that got it going is gone.

Wash you face with that. additionally get a toner and use a cotton ball to coach that on your epidermis to help circumvent clogged pores. Then use the benzoyl peroxide on a primary foundation (not basically once you have a pandemic). that is going to help ward off destiny outbreaks. do not touch your face (i comprehend that is stressful). The purple bumps could sparkling up interior of a few days in case you do not further aggravate them.
