No. Incest is defined as sexual relations with a natural brother or sister or with the parent of the opposite sex. Even marriages between first counsins is not incest...however at one point many years ago, genetic issues that might cause one or more possible diseases were a concern. I am not sure what the standing is on that question now.

If you go back far enough and you will find a way to relate yourself to anyone. Incest extends as far as cousins (I do not recall any rules, biblically or otherwise that extend beyond this). Any further than that (2nd cousins etc) provides enough genetic variability to reduce the occurance of defects to an acceptable rate.

No I don't. As the others have mentioned, you really are not that close genetically speaking.
Secondly, did you find out before or after you were married? It sounds like you married him before you found out you were related. So, I don't see this as a case that you were attracted to a relative. In this case, it turns out that you fell in love with a man, and then later on found out that he was a relative.
I would not sweat it. Hang in there!

I think you're fine. You didn't know it when you met, so don't sweat it. I wouldn't go around announcing it to everyone you meet, but I personally don't think you're breaking any moral laws.
