Do you think i'll gain a bunch of weight now?
After walking that much?
If i'm 14, 5 feet tall and 70 pounds?
Think i'll weigh a lot more?

70 pounds??? and 5 feet tall???? Gosh, that puts you under a very unhealthy underweight!!! youre BMI is only 13.7 and if you lose another 12 pounds, your BMI would be 11.3!!! You'll be a living skeleton if you managed to stay alive...gosh! sorry if I'm harsh, but your mom must be worried sick about you, listen to her and eat!!! excersize is great, but don't over do it!!! and please eat!!!

Of course she would make you eat. She loves you. You have just walked five miles and she wants to look after you. Don't worry about it.
Look .... I eat 2500 calories a day because I have to. I'm a Diabetic, weigh ten and a half stone, am five foor 7 inches.
500 calories breakcast, 250 for morning tea, 500 for lunch, 250 for afternoon tea, 500 for dinner and then 250 for supper before bed.
I'm not fat.... and there is nothing wrong with eating. If you are afraid that you will get fat, then do some exercise after eating .... go for another five mile walk.

Dude, you are so skinny right now it is sickening. You need to talk to your doctor about something you can do to gain weight. I can't believe you actually wanna lose more weight when you already are like 25 pounds underweight! Get some help!

What is this? Do you not want to look like a human being?
You are in danger of becoming sick already. If you lose more
weight you are lowering your resistance to all kinds of diseases. Take care of your self now so that you can enjoy life. If you don't a few years down the road you will wish you had.

You are already underweight. Do not lose anymore weight. You are already skinny for your height. In fact you could use a little weight.

even if you do get fat (dont think you will) then that is no bad, sounds like you are skinny, the average weight for a 14 year old is like 90 something

start going to the fitness gym, exercise more, do lot of cardio workout and eat more vegetables, grains, fruits etc...it takes discipline to change habit of eating and I am guilty of that...because i love fast food myself...i am thinking of triple stack burger from Wendy's with large fries!! lol
