can you take 3 without getting sick or an overdose,, cuz i have a really bad allergy and i was wondering if it was ok.

Yes, but take them an hour apart. They make you very sleepy.

I personally can't even take one without feeling the urge for a "happy nappy" but my sister-in-law seems to get along fine with one in the morning and one at nite. about three at a time, from what I remember from nursing school (I didn't graduate) going above the recommended dosage is a pharmacist call at the least, prefereablly, your regular doctor...personally (and I have deadly allergies, alavert or claritin work way better without the "nap" urge.

I would suggest trying another type of allergy medication. Benedryl does absolutely nothing to me.

NO! Follow the directions....you can shut down your liver by taking too many over-the-counter meds. They are only sold that way when taken in low doses. Don't double up on anything, EVER, unless a medical Dr tells you to!

Read the box. It will tell you how many you can take and how often. I personally would not recommend taking more than that.
