Okay, so one day when i was in the shower i got out and i was putting my clothes on and something caught my eye. The door was open, and my bro was like watching me!!!!!
Then like 7 mnths l8er i had a bday prty and all the grls were in the master bathroom and we caught him peepin on us!!!!!!
Now i have ....well u know...breasts and i might just be paranoyed but seems like everytime he is like trying to joke around wit me it seems like he is tryin to touch me there....
Am I just paranoyed or do i need to talk to him about this? by the way he is 10 and knows about 'good and bad touches and all tht'!

First of all it wouldn't be ok if you lived in Arkansa. No one has a right to peep at you or touch you where you don't want to be touched no matter where you live. You brother is at an age where he is wanting to know about the female body. This is why he has been doing this. You need to tell him you know he wants to see naked woman but it isn't right to peep at your sister or touch her. If he keeps up this behavior you need to tell your parents. He has questions he is trying to find the answers to. He may need to talk to an adult to answer his questions.

you should have all the friends that you had over at the party back to your house and have a talk with your brother by sitting him down and you and the rest of the girls ask him why he was looking at all the girls and tell him that if he looks in on all the girls again then you and your friends will dress him up like a girl by putting him in a skirt, putting makeup on him and painting his nails pink.

As gross as it may seem, it is a natural human curiousity.
It is not your place to talk to him. IF it happens again, tell your parents. Don't freak out, or embarass him. That can hurt him in the long run. He's young and just curious. It's not his fault.

He is just getting curious. He doesn't know any better. You and your friends are the only way he has to satisfy his curiosity. Let your parents know what he is doing and just be more careful so that he cannot see you. Let your parents handle it.

Yeah he's weird. Especially that he is your brother. However that is the age guys start noticing girls. Sounds like you need to tell him that's ok but start noticing OTHER girls and not his sister.

Yes, he needs to know that it is innapropriate and that you don't appreciate it. He needs to find something ten year old boys like. You are his sister for heavens sake. It is very wrong for him to touch you and he needs to know it. I hope you find the courage to tell him.

do you live in Arkansas? if so it is alright if not i would talk to him a about it. when you and your friends were in the bathroom he was just interested in the female body.

I'd have your parents talk to him about it. Your his sister, he doesn't care or have to listen to what you say. But now your mom and dad he has to listen to them. So I would explain to them what he's been doing and that you feel uncomfortable. And let them handle it from there.

yes u need to talk to him u should have been talked to him he needs to know that it is inappropriate for him to be doing those kind of things i would be so freaked out if my bro did that
