I have had a few people ask me this and feel for what ever reason I owe this to them I have explained it thousands of times. Why is everyone so concerned about why I care about the illegal aliens?

If it's logical yes they can be sent back and I agree there are instances that would make that impossible or unsafe

The key word in your question is 'ignorant'. Most people think this is a negative word, but in truth only means uneducated. While many people confuse the words 'stupid' & 'ignorant' there is a big difference. Both sides of both issues have people who fall into both groups! Illegal immigration has nothing to do with race. There are illegal immigrates from many countries that include many races, it's only the Mexican boarder that is hitting the news. Illegal immigration is bad. Not only for the tax payers but for the immigrant themselves. Many illegal, live in poor conditions, are abused, paid poor wages, and have no legal protection to speak of. This is not a quality life style. On the other hand, if people didn't hire illegal workers, they wouldn't come in such large numbers. Knowing that they can obtain work that pays more than they can make in their own country is much like the old metaphor... If you put a steak in front of a hungry dog, he will eat it. Think about it... if your family was hungry, and you had a chance to improve their quality of life... wouldn't you do it? Which do you think is worse... the home grown drug dealer or thief or the illegal immigrant who works for a living? The problem is large and there is no easy fix. Almost our entire country has roots to an immigrate, the only difference is how one enters the country. It shouldn't matter what race or country the person is from, but the system of how they enter. To put it bluntly there are a lot of jobs that need to be filled that our citizens simply refuse to do. This has created a void that illegal workers filled. A better system for green cards, would be the easiest way to fill the bill. Of course that means that these employers would have to start paying legal wages! A legal worker would pay taxes, and could contribute to the community. Where keeping it illegal, simply keeps things underground opening the door for problems. As to the race issue, this has been going on for generations. Every group of people here has received their fair share of slander. You don't have to look far to find racial comments about whites, blacks, latino, Polish, Puerto Rican, Italian, Arab, Haitian ... While it's a general statement and not all people fall into this, a perfect example is South Florida. There you have white, african american, cuban and haitian, with none of them consider the other one equal. The bottom line, is our county is too large to close the boarders up completely. There will always be a way for illegal entry. Our best defense, will have to start in our own back yards... Don't put the bird feeder out, unless you want birds.

why don't you change to pro-legal. Legal immigrants need help too. Illegals do not have rights here and need to go back.
If you do all this volunteer work. Why not volunteer counseling to the illegals and give them all the reasons that they need to go back!
1. a pregnant illegal who has the baby here can be deported WITHOUT the child, who will be left in our system.
2. an illegal who has dragged their children here and put them in a situation where they have to run from the law their entire life is just wrong.
3. there is no reason to be illegal. filing paperwork and waiting the time it takes is not such 'hard work.' remember that they enjoy working hard-supposedly

Explaining why you condone a person breaking the law and being granted the same basic rights as those who obey the law is reasonable.
Those who chose to leave a corrupt, poorly governed , economically unstable country to "better themselves" are entirely within their rights to do that. They want to fulfill a dream. BUT, they have no right to jump to the head of the line by crossing a sovereign border without , proper documentation and without the permission to do so provided by their application for entry(which they never applied to do).
What is the difference between that and if they decided to come to my house, sneak in through the back door, find an empty bed, and decide that because I have the room, that they should have the right to stay?
Those who come from Mexico, commit a crime of opportunity because the border is so close. Those who come from Cuba have it a little more difficult, and those who stow away aboard ocean freighters have it much more difficult but all are guilty of illegal immigration and should have no rights without due process regardless of their plight.
Many people have submitted their applications, paid the fees and are waiting patiently to get into this country.
It is just as morally wrong for you and some of the cities and churches of this country to provide sanctuary for illegal immigrants as it is criminally wrong for the people who have broken the law to get here.

As a concerned citizen, I care about why anyone is "pro illegal."
We are a country of law - it isn't perfect nor will it ever be - but it has made us the greatest nation in the world for 200 plus years.
Surly it must concern you to support an agenda that ignores this fact?

I think the agenda thing is the other way around. I got one girl to admit why she was anti-illegal. Because of her ex-boyfriend. She admited that he was mean to her so I said because one person did something to you doesn't mean you should hate an entire group. And then afterwards she deleted the question.

Don't bother! Whatever argument you have for wanting 20+ MILLION illegal alien criminals stay in this country is illogical and destructive! They are CRIMINALS because they are breaking our laws.
NO AMNESTY! Jail the employers to dry up the job market so they will self deport themselves! ENFORCE OUR LAWS!!!!!!

Obviously someone as smart as you must have all the answers right??
You are obviously NOT "clueless and uninformed right", as you criticized someone else of being??
