whats ebst way to make arms bigger in 3 months?

can i work out at gym on them everyday for an hour and they'd get big?

The best and fastest way is to work out at the gym. You want to do like 8-10 reps with 3-5 sets. Don't focus on only your biceps, your triceps make up 40 - 50% of you upper arm. Two workouts per muscle. And don't forget your shoulders and forearm's cuz otherwise you'll look really goofy. You'll find that you will want to eat more and thats ok. Remember to stretch you're arms before and most importally after u work out because the biggest problem with guys with large arms is that they have low flexability. I recamend doing a set of curls then triceps then back to curls. Do this with as much weight as possible with out injuring yourself.

Make sure you do exercises that involve all of the arm muscles. forearms, biceps, triceps, and shoulders 5 sets so you can only do 8 reps of each and do at least 2 diff. exercises per muscle group. Like preacher curls and then hammer curls. Along with a high protein diet and carbs

Nope. In 3 months you might gain up to 1/4-2/5 inches in your bicepts if you work out an hour a day.

Play it smart...work different muscle groups on different days to avoid painful things...like ripping muscle from over use.

The day break actually helps the muscle heal faster and, pardon the pun, stronger.
