February is close enough to the holiday of Valentines. The stained glass window of Sleeping Beauty fits the motif of Valentine's day, especially if the girl is hoping for 'Prince Charming' to come and rescue her from the witch.

The witch could be your fears that you will never celebrate Valentine's day in the way you wish, and the fears lock up the servant girl, because the servant girl (like most fairy tales, especially Cinderella) has the ability to draw her 'true love' towards her. Therefore she is 'buried' within the magic castle, in hopes of making sure she never finds happiness.

'You' always rescue her because you and the servant girl are the same, and thus rescuing yourself means that you aren't trapped in the castle with the witch forever, and can go on with your life. However, you keep having the dream at the same time every year because the fairy tale princess in you is hoping for the girl to be rescued by the Prince. In other words, until the Prince comes along, you are more than capable of rescuing/taking care of yourself.

I have a reoccurring dream that usually happens in the tail end of summer. I go to some strange road warrior like town and just hang out. I don't know if there is some professional explanation like "Magnetic rings underneath the earth's crust" or "gravitational pull from the moon" kinda stuff, but I do find it interesting as well.
