I was dying my hair and hair dye got on my forehead and ear and other facial features. It sort of dried and it's very slowly coming off with just normal soap and water. Any ideas about how to speed up the process?

depends on what you have available.

you could use a mild astringent like an oxy pad, or rubbing alcohol,
Baking soda would scrub it off- like a baking soda and water paste, you could dye more of the skin and make a design
maybe mineral spirits or lighter fluid

I don't know what to use to get it off, but next time when you're doing your hair, put lotion around your hairline, and your skin won't be dyed

You know what I learned.
Go to a hair stylest and ask her to get this special gell and wash it off then.

If your looking for a home remedy, cigarette ashes and water, I know it sounds weird, but it works. (my friend and I didn't have any of the professional stuff she uses at her salon, and someone suggested it before hand, so we tried it)
