people with knowledge, please explains to me this verse of which God explained that he pulled out all of our off spring from Adam, and witnessed us that he is our God.

[172] And (remember) when your Lord brought forth from the Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed (or from Adam's loin his offspring) and made them testify as to themselves (saying): "Am I not your Lord?" They said: "Yes! We testify," lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection: "Verily, we have been unaware of this."
Quran 7:172

so those offspring (us) already testified to God that he is God before we even come to birth, does that mean that this life is a 2nd chance for us? does that means we had another life before we came to life?

I am a Christian, so I read the Bible. God had a plan for me before my birth, but I did not have life until I was conceived inside my mother's womb.

We who were born into mortality had decided to follow God the Father's plan of salvation rather than follow Lucifer and the one-third of the hosts of heaven. During the pre-mortal existence we lived as spiritual children of God. That period is referred to as the first estate.

Mortal life is referred to as the second estate, to see if we will through the gift of free agency make the right choices and return to the Father's presence.

There are many biblical references pointing to the fact of a pre-mortal existence, that God knew us before we were born.

This sounds like a reference to reincarnation. I believe in reincarnation for many personal reasons. I've seen it in action. We have all had many lives, some more than others. We are spirits having a physical experience. Your spirit never dies, but the body does. We can have multiple lives or when we're ready we move on to a higher plane, or dimension. Peace and love>

God says in His Word , that He knew us before the world began, that means that we were then exactly the same people that we are now.
There is no such thing as reincarnation , if that's what you are referring to.

Jeremiah 1:5 NIV •

"Before I formed you in the womb I knew [ Or chose ] you, before you were born I set you apart...

John 1:1-3
1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2He was with God in the beginning.

3Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.

The Holy Bible per the above tells us that Jesus Christ (Word) created us as spiritual beings before we were born here on earth and that He "knew us" in heaven before we were born...

To me I think of my soul as my eternal essence that was created in heaven as a spiritual being, born here on earth as a physical being and at death return to heaven as a spiritual body and finally to receive a eternal body when Jesus returns...

Quite a journey for all of us...

I suggest you stop reading the Qur'an. I mean no disrespect but there is no God given authority in the Qur'an. Much of the Qur'an is simply twisted stories of the Bible. tThe Qur'an is made up by Muhammed and his immediate followers. Trust the Bible only.

No, its the rantings of semi-literate desert dwellers who have nothing to teach us about the origin of life, and yes I'll include the Jewish and Christian bible in that.
