i dont think woman have to do anything in reform judaism.

I'm Reform and I take exception to gratvol's answer. You are expected to dress respectfully--no cutoffs, no torn clothes, etc. A lot of cleavage showing would also not be appropriate. However you do not have to dress as modestly as one does in more traditional movements.

Reform Jews do have a lot more latitude than do the more traditional movements in how they follow the halacha (Jewish laws), but that is supposed to be a conscious decision, not one based on convenience. It is for me.
