I was with this man for 6yrs and we were engaged for week and then he said he was leaving me for this girl he worked with because he had feelings for her. He still says he loves me and hes in love with me and still calls me almost everyday and wants to still be intimate and he always asks who I was out with , why wasnt I home, if I have a new boyfriend. Why does he give a rats *** about who I am seeing when he left me for someone else and she is his new girlfriend and may be pregnant now? Why doesnt he just leave me alone and move on with her since hes the one who left? I dont get it.

Cause you need to get redneck and obviously you havn't done that. You need to go all Jerry Springer on him so he gets the picture. Let him know how ridiculous he is for wanting those things after what he has done to you... He is a player and if you give him the time of day he will never leave you alone.

He is a freaking idiot.....doesn't want you but doesn't want anyone else to have you. Some times I wonder if guys like this think that they are God's gift to women. Does his "now" girlfriend know that he is still calling you? Tell her and put an end to this. Don't answer your phone when it is him. Ignore the hell out of him. Is there something deep down that is keeping you hanging on to this guy? Are you waiting for the day they break up and he comes back to you? Who else is he calling and bothering besides you? If he loved you he would have respect for you and not be playing games such as this. He needs to grow up and learn what he really wants for himself before he can offer anyone anything. Find someone that deserves your attention and love. It is hard, but stay the course and it will come. Good luck!!!

If what you are saying is true, then tell him to leave you alone, and never speak to him again! He still wants to be intimate, he still says he loves you, and he still calls you, but his new girlfriend is knocked up and he appears to be attempting to control what you do...
Sounds like a real gentleman. He probably CRAVES attention, which is why he is keeping you in his life. He wants to know that there is someone else out there he can fall back on if his current relationship goes sour. My advice, run away and never look back.

Neither do I get why this is a problem.While 6yrs is a long time,nevertheless,ask yourself the following questions:1)do you still love him?2)Why are you still intimate with him(if you are)? 3)Why don't you ask him --no tell him--to stop asking you personal questions he no longer has a right to ask 4)Why do you continue to talk to him and not just ask him to leave you alone. 5)Finally, do you want to get back with him(be honest to yourself).The answers to these questions settles your situation. Be strong and with time you will feel more secure---get my point!.I wish you all the best.

This guy is no man. He is a skank. He keeps calling you because he figures if he gets tired of this other woman he will have you waiting in the wings.
Neither of you should have anything to do with him. If you have been sleeping with him for 6 years and he hasn't married you, HE NEVER WILL!!
Why should he marry you when he has all the privilages of marriage without any committment or legal obligation?
Do yourself the biggest favor of your life and send him a Bon Voyage card and tell him Happy Trails.
Get on with your life and keep him in the past.
I don't know you or anything about you but I do know you could do much better if only you had more confidence in your worth and showed some backbone.

The reason why he calls and wants to be intimate is because you answer the phone. If you give this guy the time of day he will take it. He doesn't deserve your kindness if that's what you are doing. Tell him "he made his bed now lay in it" and leave you alone.

part of it has to do with the fact that you are still talking to him. apparently he has found out that he made a mistake and doesn't really know how to correct the problem.
he's jealous of anyone being with you that's for dam sure. ?'s tell that right there.
what you need to do is tell him that he needs to leave you alone and move on. if you already have and he doesn't get the hint quit answering his phone calls.
the guys a player and that's what hes tryin to do now-play you and her for what you 2 are worth.
don't be dumb. it doesn't sound like you are but still girl you know what he's tryin to do stop him before he even gets it started!

Most men want there cake and eat it too. You basically need to lose total contact with this guy. He knows that he can use you and you need to let him know that he can't. If you have to change numbers do it if you have but just know he is bad new. Most men seem to foget that they will never miss the well till the water turnes dry. In order to foget him why don't you go out with friend meet new people and enjoy life.
