My 3 year old loves them. They're coming to our area - about an hour away, but wondering if its worth it - think tix are in the $30's, but watching a DVD of them, they play such big arenas, I think my 3 year old might get a little mad or sad, not being able to see them up close?

Im working on getting dad, and 3 of his friends to dress up for their bday party - Id even make them shirts, but its been harder then I thought to find 3 other takers!

We are going to a Wiggles concert about 20 minutes from us, in October. My sons will be 1 and a half and 2 and a half though. So a little younger. But we look forward to just the family outing. I think that having people dress up and come to the party. That sounds so much more fun to me.
And then on a separate day you guys could still go out, even to like the park for a BBQ. When I was a kid, my father and mother would take us there on occasion, and it is one of my favorite memories! Good luck!

I'm in australia and I have taken my son to see the wiggles here. At the time he had just turned three as well had his little friend. They had an absolute ball and still talk about it now especially when they see the photos I took! Wouldn't you rather spend the $30 or so on this outing than on some useless toys or junk food that isn't going to last? Despite what people may say your child will remember going to see the wiggles and will be totally happy they did!! I myself had alot of fun too! It doesnt matter how far away from the stage you are they usually have big screens up anyway, your kids will think they are watching t.v!!

Take him. Even if he can't see them up close they do have monitors and he will have fun with all the other kids around him. They don't come that often and next time they come he might not be into the wiggles. I take my son to every opportunity that I can. Its not only his memory's but yours as well. Take pictures and make a scrapbook of the event. And for the b-day...make the kids dress up not the dads. That would be more fun for the kids I think. Have a blast and make as many memories as you can.

I took my son when he was 2 and it was SO worth it!! It doesn't matter what kind of seats you got, they had a whole open section in the middle where the kids could get up and dance, AND they came out into the audience so pretty much every kid got to "high five" at least one of the Wiggles. Never mind all the paraphenalia they sell afterwards, my son was in HEAVEN!

I thought it was totally worth it.... and I paid big bucks for the tickets, had to shlep almost 45 minutes to get there, and sat in traffic for a good 2 1/2 hours to get home, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat! :)
