First thing, you have to go buy a pumice sponge to scrub your heels in every shower with any type of shower gel. Then after the shower, apply baby oil, plus moisturizers. Im sure your feet will stay soft the whole time. Good luck.

Do this before bed: Get a pumice stone and scrape off excess skin. It is best to do this right after the shower because the skin is soft and easy to scrape off. Then coat some of this ( http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?order_num=-1&SKU=13859221 ) stuff on any dry parts. Then put on cotton socks. Sleep with this on and when you take the socks off in the morning, your feet will feel great! My heels were so dry and ugly yesterday. I did this last night and today I wore flip flops all day(which make my feet bad) and they still feel so soft. This treatment only takes one day! You can buy that stuff online or buy it at the nearest Bed, Bath & Beyond store.
Hope I helped!

My heels used to crack and bleed all the time. Then I started using a really heavy duty pumice in the bath each night and then putting a layer of Kerasal on them followed by a coating of O'Keefe's Working Hands Creme. Socks to bed. Before bath, I used a good cheese grater type file to work at the calluses. Feet look like a newborn babies now! Took 2 weeks.

Use a cream with an ingredient called urea. This is used to soften calluses and rough, dry skin. It's particularly useful on the heels, which have a tendency to get really dry and peel. You can usually find good foot creams wherever such products are sold. Check the ingredients for urea.

I dont' know about what you do do ~ but this works great.
USe a pumice stone to sand off rough hard skin from your toes & heels. Not too much each time but some.
Then every night rub vasaline on your feet, put them in socks and go to bed. After a couple weeks they will be soft and supple.

Y,

Shea butter is amazing.

To really cut back on the dryness, dry a file specially designed for the sole of your feet. You'll cut back on the dryness and your shea butter or coco oil or lotion will be far more effective at keeping your feet nice and smooth.

there is this stuff called Emu Oil. Works like a miracle. I just rub it on all over feet and then put a pair of socks on. it dries and goes deep moisturizing the skin. Really great for feet. I found it at walgreens. I think its at CVS also.

Try this great product....'"Cracked Heel Repair"...made by Luxuriant and you can buy it at most nail and foot salons. I have the same thing. Bad cracking heels. This stuff is only $15 and it does wonders.
