our dog was pretty calm not running around and was sitting in the room while we watched t.v. She jumped up started to run but kept falling to one side it think maybe her left side. My dad took her in the other room and sat her back down and she was fine but breathing hard. What could it have been?

It sounds like a stroke or a seizure depending on her age and health.

it does sound like a stroke..dogs have them and can space out..or fall over while having them the best bet is to take it to the vet to make sure

is she still having this problem? It might just be her leg fell asleep, but if your still having this problem it could be something neurological.
