By any chance did you mean "Haggis?"

If so, haggis is the stomach of a sheep that's stuffed with a mixture of oatmeal, suet, spices, and various organ meats from the sheep (also known as the "pluck.") You can also buy haggis in a boiling bag, rather than the traditional form.

It's also customary to serve a wee "dram" of Scotch whisley with the haggis: some will say it enhances the flavor, and others will tell you that it helps drown out the taste!

You can order haggis on line and have it shipped to you. Do a Google search for "Haggis" and the names of online distributors will come up.

Here are a couple of URL's for you. I know nothing about the sites, so order at your own risk:

Haggis is AWESOME!

It's the sheep stomach stuffed with the organs chopped up and mixed with oatmeal. It is really well spiced. And it cooks for a fairly long time. Sometimes they use barely.

It's so rich, and good.
