I want to know what you guys have to say on the illegal immigrant's children whose only crime was getting dragged into the US...the children had no say whether they were going to become illegal or not. So would you deport them when all their education was from America and grew up surrounded in American culture and customs, where they probably have no chance of growing up to be anything in their native countries?

I'm used to Micky's silly logic. She has no reasoning at all. Just check the rest of her posts. And when you try to correct her she starts calling you names and then blocks you. There are a few of them like that here. But I see your point and I have a friend like that and he is 100% American he's never been to his mother's country.

If I steal your house and pay the taxes and utilities on it, I should be able to keep it? If not, then the fact that a percentage of the illegal aliens may pay taxes and SS has NO BEARING!
As for the kids, deport them, their superior education should help to improve there own country!
It is wrong to let the "best and brightest" come here and further destroy 3rd world countries!
Stop the GREED!

This is a hard one, but when parents make decisions that involve their children, could they not be the ones to answer for those decisions, not the American payer that has to provide for their own children. Should we have to short change our own children for yours. And if we allow another amnesty like we did in 1986 when 2.3 million received amnesty, now illegals are asking for between 12-20 million to be granted amnesty, does that mean in 2027 between 25-50 million will be asking for a chance for their children. When do the rights of the illegals stop and the rights of the Americans start.

We do not owe these children anything. Give them amnesty, and thousands of parents will drag their kids the U.S. and let themselves get caught. Not all of these illegal immigrants are avoiding the felony record check, the serious contagious disease check, the minimal job skills check and the minimal U.S knowledge check just for those reasons. Some want a better life, if not for themselves, then for their children.
We still don't owe them. Rewarding them for doing it illegally instead of legally will only make the problem worse.
However, here's a solution: Put the parents in jail. Set up a volunteer charity service paid for with PRIVATE donations for the kids. Let them stay for the period of their parent's stay in prison, IF someone wants to donate enough for them to do so (you do, right?), instead of forcing tax payers to do so.
Once the sentence is over, send them all back.
We don't owe them, and some of us are tired of being told that we do, or that we're racist because we don't like illegal immigration, as if Mexicans are the only illegal immigrants (nonsense).
We don't owe them. We never did.

very good question, i understand and sympathize that they add to the size of schools, but taxes are paid by illegals in the form of sales tax and even in cases of using false socials, taxes and (FYI)SOCIAL SECURITY is also taken, which is helping prop up social security
but more importantly looking at things through eyes of reality -not ideally how we would like- but a hard look at how thing really are........no one is going anywhere... face it.....do you really want that many young impressionable people, uneducated, unguided, without the benefit of America's Greatest Assimilator: High School
High School produces more Americanized Mexicans than any other institution

The welfare of child whose parents are illegal is a pretty slippery slope. Honestly I cannot answer that question as I simply do not have an answer that benefits both parties while obeying the law at the same time.

Ask :
Should the children be orphaned to have opportunities?
Or should their birth anchor the parents into the USA by intentional family planning?
Should pregnant prison inmates be allowed to raise their baby in jail or should the kid leave and the mom stay?
I know, how about lets have them both get out of jail FREE.

This is a hard one, part of me say yes they should go back it isn't our fault that there parents messed with their lives and brought them here illegally. The other part of me thinks that really sucks that their parents did this to the, they know no other life. Maybe they should be able to stay.
Honestly, it isn't our fault that their parents brought them here. We have already spent $6,000 to $10,000 a year here in Calif. schooling them. they need to go back to their home with their family who is also her illegally and use that education to better their country.

sure...they deserve to be cared for ...by their parents and if they are being neglected in their country, then they should quit popping out kids.
our country can not be thought of as the fix all country. one nation can not take in the whole world.
we built this country and they can build theirs.
they should be appreciative for the education their parents stole off the backs of the american taxpayer

Its about the same to me as locking up a drug dealer and leaving his son behind. The son has rights, but the father does not as he broke the law.
