You can't. The egg has to be fertilized, and a refrigerated egg is not fertilized.

You can't hatch any egg that's been in the refridgerator. In order for it to hatch, it can't be bought from a grocery store, has to be fertilized by a rooster, and kept warm.
If you really want chickens though, just buy them as babies in a farming store such as Alamo Hay and Feed.

De-refridgerate it in the microwave and you may see little chicks coming out.

.. ...did it work? Then no, nice try but you cant hatch an unfertilized egg.
Besides even if it's fertilized, you probably killed it by putting it in the fridge in the first place.

If the egg was fertilized inside the chicken, and then has been refrigerated it can be hatched. But a regular egg from the store won't.

Don't listen to them. Wear it inside your underwear for a full month. Then squeeze it gently between your legs. You should begin to fell the smell of the bird hatching straight away.

Oh, honestly.
The egg's embryo would have been frozen and killed if it were fertilized. Even if it weren't refridgerated, were at normal room temp., it woudl have been killed.
