I only need a new casing for the right side...I have all the bulbs and tools? The catch is I only have a very limited amount of money. And I can't travel far (looking for a place within the San Francisco area to go)

Ebay has zillions of headlights; go to parts and put in your car, Or; call local auto body parts suppliers.

There are foreign auto salvage yards all around SFO you can get one about 1/2 price.
