I lost 50 lbs. but I had to do so slowly. I was 238 and now I'm 188. Losing it quickly is dangerous because it's a shock to your system and your body needs to adjust in little steps. So go slow and take it easy.
Eat healthy food and don't punish yourself by not enjoying a coke, pizza or ice cream occassionally. Learn what's healthy for you and what's not and add it to your diet slowly. You can't expect to wake up one day suddenly eating healthy foods and expect it to last. Let it evolve slowly.

Make excercise a habit, and after awhile you will enjoy it a great deal. Don't kill yourself huffing and puffing, just start out slow, nice and easy. Get yourself an iPod or nice gym shoes and have fun. Believe it or not, excercising can be fun if you don't go Nazi on yourself.
If you lose some weight, than gain it back, don't worry. You have to plan on fluctations like that.
When you get on the scale and find out you dropped some weight--celebrate! If you put on weight, you may feel depressed for a little while, but it will pass soon enough. Everyone has those days.
If you eat to stuff your feelings, you will eventually need to catch yourself eating on impulse and stop. It may feel awful or painful and you may cry, but once you feel those feelings, they will go away, and so will the fat that they hid behind.
Think of it as a journey. You find yourself a happier person. People will notice you and the will treat you in ways you'd never expect--for the better. If anyone tries to shoot you down or make you feel bad about your weight loss, consider how miserable they must feel about themself! Your weight loss is your victory and not something for them to take from you.
Most of all, be kind and gentle to yourself. Learn to have fun with yourself and love yourself. Find your child within. Redisoover yourself.
If you lose weight slowly, your chances are excellent that you will keep the weight off.
Lastly--and I know this is not for everyone--but I find God, prayer and going to church very helpful. The more I thank God, the more blessings and postivive experiences he gives me. I actually prayed to God to help me lose weight and He helped me. He'll help you too!

Quite frankly the quicker you take it off the quicker you will put it back on. The best way is about 2-3 pounds a week by cutting back and eating sensibly. Men lose faster then women by the way. Exercise to tone the flab that you are taking off.It will also speed metabolism

There is no quick way . At two pounds a week it will take 4 to 5 months. Good Luck
Count calories, stay at about 1200 per day and take long walks to burn calories. Good Luck.

no quick way to lose that much. it will take u bout 3 months to 6 months to do it. eating alot of fruit n veggies, lots of water. exercising 3-5 hrs a day. 5 days a week. cuttin out sugars mostly not completely n stop drinkin pop. good luck

you could do lipo for instance but i wouldnt recommend you to do that. exercising at least 30 minutes a day would do you good. it doesnt necessarily have to be about doing weights but at least jog or fast walk outside for 30 minutes 3 times to 5 times a week. thats all
