Notice of the violations must be given to the driver as part of the due process before any penalty must be meted.

The DOT builds roads so no. The DMV isn't responsible for your speeding tickets either.

The DMV will send you a nice letter sometimes that tells you you are revoked.

I missed the Amendment to the Constitution that says everyone has a right to drive. The state issues licenses to ensure the public is kept safe from unfit motorists. As it is the system is a joke. I would hate to see what it was like if people could drive that were chronic alcoholics, had alzheimers, were prone to diabetic seizures, etc.

In Ohio, you would recieve a warning letter at 6 points (12 points is a suspension)

No. Many states do warn drivers when they are approaching habitual offender status, but such warnings are not mandatory.

When you commit multiple offenses, there are consequences.

Why should it be? YOU caused the points to accumulate and if you can't count to 10, you shouldn't be behind the wheel of a vehicle anyway. You retard.
