There are alot of reasons this happens. #1 may be hormones. Usualy the body does off the wall things to a kids body while they are growing up. Some kids grow their bodies faster than others. Some kids dont fit their bodies until they are well into their 20s, others fit them when they are like 12 or 13. Your body has sometime to go before you know exactly what you will look like. you might be eating too little - not enough for your body to know its not gona be deprived and can let fat reserves go
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

u probably dont need to loose weight especially if u play sports. i dont understand why every girl thinks there fat

Try going vegitarian for a while, see if you like it(be sure to eat alot of nuts though)
If you dont like that , dont eat red meats (beef, pork etc.)
only do chicken and fish., Its very healthy and doesnt have greasy stuff. stay away from the breaded meat. breaded meats always have alot more calories and fats etc.

Are u fat or do u just feel fat?
If it's only in your head better quit thinking about it.
If ur really fat better eat in small proportions.
