That's false. Unless you are at least 16 years of age and have a license to do so you can not legally drive on public road ways. (15 1/2 with permit and a licensed driver) At the age of 13 the only place you can drive legal would be private property such as a farm.

No. However, if you are on private property, you don't need a license to drive. You only need a license to drive on the public roadways. I know of no states that will allow anyone to drive at 13.

im live and are from tx and you can receieve a hardship licences at 15 but you have to prove and get a court order to do it i don't know alot of people now days that do it but not at 13.

13 year olds cant even take grivers ed (have to be 15)
they cant get their license til they are 16
and somehow you think a 13 year old 7th grader will be able to drive?
