The light stays on and I have ample washer fluid. Please advice

The little stryofoam float has a magnet that has broken off and fell to the bottom of the tank turning on the low water light. Most of the time you can unplug the float sensor or ground the two wires to each other to turn out the light until you can buy a new bottle for wundshield washer fluid.

Sounds like a bad fluid level sensor. You could have that fixed or do like some people do and pull the fuse out if there is such a thing for it.

take it to a toyota dealer they will fix it for about $50
