I just got out of a domestic violence situation in which I almost lost my life and I have met this person who told me that they firming believe in the 2nd amendment and that it isn't ok to hit a woman. I believed him and became friends with him.

He tried to drive DUI one saturday afternoon and Rachael wouldn't let him. He threw sand in her eyes (she wears contacts) and she "kicked his truck". He now talks nonstop about slitting her throat and her boyfriend, Jason. He also talks about David Karesh and about killing Bush when he starts listening to songs like Pink -- Mr. President.

I just got out of a bad situation and I am currently trying to figure out how to tape record him in the extremely hot weather as too much clothing would make him suspicious.

Should I just go to the FBI or the secret service or the police?
His brother is a police officer and this guy has a prior felony for a machine gun possession.

Can I do this w/o disclosing my name?

You are bringing too much trouble into your life.

First of all, do not approach every situation with this victim mentality. It invites dysfunctional people. Normal people want no part of it. Trust me, bad stuff has happened to all of us. Is it going to define who you are?

Just get out, get counseling and stop associating with crazy people. There is a big normal world out here if you are willing to give up your addiction to drama.

For starters, get out of this situation. NOW. Find somewhere, anywhere else to live. Document every single thing that he does. Make sure that Rachael knows that she is in danger.

Do not record him. Each jurisdiction has different laws about recording conversations. It might be illegal. Check your civil code and with the police department.

Once you're out, call the police. Tell them everything that happened.

No, you will need to disclose your name if you take this to the police.

Call the police (non-emergency) and describe the situation ask them if there is anyway he can be Baker acted. This guy seems like he needs some serious help. When someone is baker acted they're held for up to 72 hours and see a psychiatrist and get help, this guy sounds messed up, I think that is the best route.

I strongly doubt that the rental supervisor will keep her property for her willingly. In such a lot states, if deserted estate isn't picked up inside 30 days, it's forfeit. You can abandon them within the rental, however do not expect him preserving them for greater than the specified 30 days (and in a few states, he would preserve your safety deposit for leaving property within the rental). And I can assurance you that the rental supervisor is not going to ahead any cash to you that's owed to you by way of a pal. Since you have got already paid the hire, that cash has not anything to do with the rental supervisor or his industry. In quick, it's not his accountability, and I've under no circumstances met one to be able to take at the legal responsibility of preserving or sending budget now not involving their industry. If I have been you, I could inform your pal that her crap is being left proper in which it's, as required by way of legislation, and she will make her possess preparations with the rental supervisor to decide upon it up. If she fails to take action earlier than the rental supervisor disposes of it, it is her possess fault. I could additionally inform her that if she does not ship you the cash immediately, you can take her to small claims courtroom for what she owes you... and point out that on account that you may have evidence of the contract, it is going to now not be a case of "your phrase towards hers". It will likely be a case of the courtroom ordering her to pay you.

You can make an anonymous call to the police to let them know of the situation: that there is a guy threatening your friend and her boyfriend, and that it's gotten to the point where it's scaring you enough into thinking that it's serious.

Well if he uses Yahoo he will now know you are going to turn him in Stephaine. I would talk to his brother the cop and then move far far away because this guy sounds crazy.

"Victims" tend to be magnets for their abusers.

We teach people how to treat us.
