I just moved out of a place shared with my exboyfriend, and moved in with some girlfriends a couple of weeks ago. I found out that one of my roommates made out with my ex while I was out of town last week. I don't know what to do with this situation. This is a roommate that I also work with. I can't afford to move again, but I'm not sure I can live in this situation. Help?!?

You need to take a step back and look at the situation. Did your roommate know that you dated him? Are you broken up or still dating? Did she speak to you about the situation? Have you brought it up with her? What did she say?
It could have been an "Oh sh!t" moment for her. An accident. Or she could have thought that since you two had broken up that you wouldn't mind. Or she could have done it to be mean to you (less likely).
Try to talk to her about it. Tell her how you feel about what she did. Tell her that you're not holding it against her but you want to set some boundaries. That's the most you can do without moving.
You might see if there is somewhere you can move to with minimal move in costs.

The question you have to ask yourself is - why do I care?
This guy is your ex. You said roommate and not friend so no big deal there.
