I live in the New York-Tristate area and the Cross Bronx Expressway and Long Island Expressway are two of the most trecherous highways to drive. I always kiss the ground when I get home safely! lol!

Taking a weekend car trip to Memphis brought the recent University of North Carolina at Charlotte highway study to my mind. The study once again ranked Arkansas highways among the worst in the country. As a matter of fact, there are only 3 states (New York, Massachusetts and New Jersey) with worse highways than Arkansas. Our rural interstates were ranked as the worst in the nation.

OK, I grew up in Chicago, where I thought it was busy and congested. I moved to Florida, and boy--those people drive horribly. Lots of single car accidents. Makes no sense to me. So, I would say--the STATE OF FLORIDA!!
