If I believed in him, yes. Because I bet he told R&S players that they'd win a game of baseball against Polls and Surveys team.

God will never lie to you. You should question yourself and ask "Have I lied to God?" many times we want God to move when we say move and it doesn't work that way. I am a firm believer in the saying "He may not come when you want him but he's always on time." You also have to be obedient. You can't get something for nothing. Hope this helps.

For anyone to think or say that "God lied" to them, is the same as saying "I don't really believe in God".

God is not capable of telling a lie, people who tell a lie are also called sinners.

Since God, has set up His Kingdom with laws and consequences of breaking those laws. How can it be possible for Him to tell us not to sin or we will suffer, if He commits sins?

It would not be possibe for His Kingdom to survive, if He is breaking His own laws. A true God, is not be capable of behaving like a sinner.

Titus 1: 1 – 3 (God can not lie)

1Paul, a bondservant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God’s elect and the acknowledgment of the truth which accords with godliness, 2in hope of eternal life which God, WHO CAN NOT LIE, promised before time began, 3but has in due time manifested His word through preaching, which was committed to me according to the commandment of God our Savior

Isaiah 55:11 (God’s word will not return void)

11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth;
It shall not return to Me void,
But it shall accomplish what I please,
And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

GOD IS PERFECT, we are not!

I once thought He lied to me, but then I realized I misunderstood Him. Afterwards, I discoveed He has actually more true to what He said than I had even given Him credit for.

"Has god lied to you?"

Oh many times "god" has lied to me. He told me what a great person I was and how I could live life on my own without any divine help or any need to submit myself to the will of the Creator of this world and everyone on it. He told me that living for sex and money and pleasure was the highest goal I could achieve and that when I died that would be the end of it so I might as well have as much fun as I could before that day came around.

2 Corinthians 4:3 And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled only to those who are perishing. 4 In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

But fortunately for me the God of Heaven preserved my life until I finally was sick of listening to the Devil's lies and was ready to submit myself to my loving Father who called me out of darkness and into the glorious Kingdom of Christ may He be praised forever, amen!!!

Ephesians 2:1 And you were dead in the trespasses and sins 2 in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience-- 3 among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the body and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind.

4 But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, 5 even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ--by grace you have been saved-- 6 and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7 so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

8 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, 9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

Colossians 1:11 May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, 12 giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. 13 He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, 14 in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
