I wanted to know if it's possible to do a static line jump with an airbonre unit, even though I'm out of the Army? Is this possible to do this even if I have 70 jumps under my belt and I haven't jumped in 3 years? Let me know!

no because of security reasons and liability the army wouldn't let you do it. it sounds like you really love jumping though you could join a club that jumps or maybe become an instructor of the sort but first get some really good insurance taken out on you be safe and you have wayy more guts than i will ever have in a life time!!

the short answer is no; however, if you ever considered jumping the weay the old paratroopers in WW2 used to do it, then i recommend you contact the WWII Airborne Demonstration Team; they do a "Jump School" where you get some rudimentary airborne training and get to jump in one of two WW2 era C-47 Dakota cargo planes that the team owns. Is a real chance of a lifetime to do a combat jump in perdiod uniform, equipment and chutes; plus you'll get to meet WW2 vets that jumped on Op Overlord (D-Day) and Market Garden.

No...Why static line? 70 jumps is a lot so go ahead and free fall for a change. I did and there is quite a rush freefalling as compared to static. If you want to contside it then first try tamden jumping with an expert. Lot of fun..

This one is simple -- No.
It's a training issue, and a liability issue.
You might be able to find a jump club near Ft Bragg that does static line jumps, but you won't be jumping with an airborne unit again.

Not without hazardous duty orders for parachute duty and for that you need to be in an active/reserve/national guard airborne unit

No, it's not possible. If they let you do it, they will have to let every nimrod who asks if he can jump with the big boys, just for fun !

I HIGHLY doubt it, but I suppose an Army vet would know best.

Unless you got the cash to get your own plane and what not, no.
