Well, I've noticed that waxing causes the hair to come back thicker, but it's supposedly supposed to slowly kill the roots of your hair over time. With bleaching, it does show in the sunlight.. and if the hair bleaches to a colour that's too light for your skin tone, it could be noticeable. However, in my opinion, I think you should get it waxed or threaded.. just so that it's not there, and then when it grows back, just do it again? (:

I would suggest the bleaching before the waxing. The problem with waxing is that it does grow back, maybe not right away but it's like when you shave/wax your legs. The more you do it, it grows thicker and more coarse and it's not that pretty. Try the bleach, it may go unnoticed. I'm asian and I may know what kind of skin tone you're talking about, but if all fails, you can wax after you bleach. Good luck.

I use Sally Hansen brush on hair remover. It works very well . Bleaching will only lighten your hairs and still be noticeable and possibly lighten your skin. I have dark hair and my facial hair has had many products used on it in the past years. This one seems to work the best for me but there are many on the market. My skin is very sensitive and some of them irritated my skin if I left it on too long as I have to allow a few minutes extra for my hair. Good luck.

I think Hair Removal Lotion is best for the face - you can buy it at any drugstore. If you wanna have it waxed, go to the salon to have it done.

DOO NOOT BLEEACH! if you bleach it, people with think you're going for a got milk ad, trust me, my friend tried it and she's from new dehli. try laser hair removal! and if that doesn't work (which I doubt) try tweezing. When tweezing, soak your face in warm water and it'll hurt a lot less! GOOD LUCK!
