Ok, when I see beauty and watch life, I know there is something higher. However, I cannot believe any of the "organized religions" because they are manipulated by Man, in my opinion. I will not serve any religions, like Christianity, Muslim, etc. But, I know there is something that created us and I love it/him/her....

My Higher Power created everything...
Religion and the Higher Power are NOT the same...Religion is made by man. The Creator/the Universe is yet unexplained and no one has ever met it...

Theist, deist or even pantheist, depending on what you believe about the nature of that higher power.

You are not an Atheist. You have a belief in a god.
You could be a Theistic Agnostic, if you:
Believe in a god; AND
Profess that it is not possible to know for sure if such a being exists.
Crack open a few essays by George Smith for the explanation on Agnosticism and/or Atheism. His presentation goes a bit deeper than I'd have room/time for here.
Beyond that, it's hard to say, but categorization to some extent is possible:
If you believe that there is exactly one god, you are a monotheist. If you believe that there is more than one god, you are a polytheist. If you believe that god is equivalent with the natural world, you are a pantheist. If you believe that god is both equivalent with the natural world and has a separate, personal existence at the same time, you are a panentheist.
You should note that pantheism and panentheism are compatible with either monotheism or polytheism. For a view of monotheism combined with pantheism, read Spinoza. For a polytheistic combination, look into Hinduism.
If you are a monotheist and believe that god is all-knowning, all-powerful, and perfectly benevolent; that he/she/it created the universe; and that this being has a continuing involvement in the physical universe, then you are considered a Theist. Virtually all Christians and Muslims fall under this heading.
If you are a nontheist who believes in a creator god (of any set of attributes) that does not have a continuing involvement in the physical universe, then you are a Deist. With the emerging views of a "clockwork universe" that physics was coming to understand in the 18th century, this was popular among intellectuals of the time. Some (but not all) of America's founding fathers were Deists.
Beyond these terms, any other descriptions require you to consider the attributes of the god you believe in, the state of the world in relation to him/her it, and any other aspects your general world view.
I might offer a piece of advice: don't worry too much about what labels can apply to you. Instead, I'd devote your efforts to understanding what you believe, and how to act in accordance with reality.

Well, you're definately not an Atheist (who doesn't believe in a god at all, but you can believe in a higher power as long ans the higher power isn't a god), but it also doesn't make you an Agnostic who is unsure as to whether or not a god exists. You can label yourself however you want. You could tell people you're spiritual.

If you believe that a god exists and that it is possible to know that it does, you are neither atheist or agnostic.
You are some sort of theist, but without more information on what you believe about the nature of the "higher power" I couldn't begin to "label" you. Look into deism and pantheism/panentheism and see where that takes you.

Religion is man made, so I do not believe in it either. If you believe in God, then you need to get to know him, just like electricity: you can not see it or touch it but you see the effects that it has after you learn how to use it. The same with God. You need to go to a nondenominational church, learn his word, fellowship, be baptized with the holy spirit, be obedient and do as he ask you to do. If not then you really do not believe in him. If you did not believe in electricity then you would be in the dark right now and I would not be answering your question.
What it makes you is, you do not want to get to know him!
Your right about religion is man made but you need to ask God to show you were a church is and follow him. How can you believe in something that you know nothing about?

You sound like an Agnostic Theist or Agnostic Deist, or both or even a Deist. You're not an Atheist as Atheists don't believe in any god or gods.

I'd need more information before answering. What do you believe about this deity?
It does NOT make you an atheist. Atheists believe there is no god.

You might try a dictionary. If you were to do so, then you would find that your explanation does not qualify you as an agnostic or an atheist.
